I ordered a Steal Your Face pendant and a Rose and and Bolt necklace, which I never received. I am assuming it was stolen by a USPS driver and or substitute driver. Regardless, it was stolen and I never received the items and am out 481 dollars. She did not offer to refund or replace the items. I have ordered other items and I received them with no issues.
