The brisket is too dry , no flavor sliced too thick.
BBQ and twice baked potatoes
Not impressed at all. We stopped in on the way to New Orleans from San Antonio and we ordered a pound of brisket to go. We asked for some bread and they said the bread � doesn’t come with the order. I was surprised because every single BBQ place we’ve been to offers bread slices with your order. So I paid for 3 slices of bread no problem. We took off and we made our sandwich with the bread we had. The bbq sauce was too tomatoey and the brisket was dry. No flavor at all. We Won’t go back.
Fantastic
As usual, the carrots on the relish bar were on point! I had the chopped beef baked potato for the first time and it definitely won't be the last! It was the biggest potato I have ever seen! Soooooo delicious!! Travis, you and your team nailed it again!!
