I did not like the food and was so distracted by the filth. Every surface was covered with grease and years of grim. Every window and entrance door was covered with greasy finger prints, I stuck to the old ripped worn out seat cushion, the door to the restrooms was covered with years of grease and grime, the restroom was dirty, dusty and had no paper towels. This place needs a top to bottom scrub down. How I pray the kitchen has passed health department inspections.... feeling so nauseated
Hinze's is good Texas BBQ. Very good Ribs and Brisket. Dine-in orders get the Salad Bar--Onions ,Pickles, Jalapeños, Pickled Carrots, Pickled Onions, etc. Good service. Plenty of Parking. Reasonably priced. Good sides. Especially the Cole Slaw, with a Vinegar/Sugar dressing and Celery Seed. Fantastic!
