They put crown to my tooth it broken in one week, when I went and ask for help they told me lab mad crown with low quality, and they will call me and they will fix but now its almost 6 month I am waiting for their call.
I haven’t been to the dentist in about 4 years after an incredibly traumatic experience at another office. I have severe anxiety and when I went into Hintz this morning my anxiety was no different. However, the two individuals who helped me today were absolutely wonderful. There was no judgement, just helpful advice and lots of encouragement. Had bad experience having a filling done and would not go there again for that. I had nothing wrong with my mouth before going in and hit nerve ending in my tooth. Would not have take unnecessary step to getting it fixed
Nicest staff ever! Everyone friendly and they put you at ease. No ‘shaming’ for not flossing every day.
To begin, I’ve always been terrified to go to the dentist based off my previous experiences at other dentist offices. I had a dental emergency last night, and this office went above and beyond for me. I’d never been there before and didn’t have an appointment, but when I called at 7 a.m., they got me in right away. They did an incredible job on my teeth — they feel better than they ever have! They also set me up for future appointments.
