I travel to use these guys .. don't waste your time.. anywhere else.. fantastic 😍 service and genuine care for the customer. They fixed my warranty and they didn't have to .. best by far on the coast
Could not be more unhelpfull, they forget the customer is thier bread and butter. I went there four times to solve a problem but were not prepared to help, other Stihl distributors solved my problem in 30 minutes.
Concerning quality. Possible rip off. I am concerned this has only happens to us because they thought we are not local faces and my dad could not speak English. But I could so we end up buying one. I was informed how to operate it and was clear about the instruction manual. We are very unsatisfied but am not sure if these problems are normal.
