I never get any of my petrol equipment serviced (do basic servicing myself), but my ms170's oiler wasn't working so I had to take it in to get checked over and fixed. Ended up the oiler was only blocked, so they fixed that and serviced my chainsaw for what I think is good value. I have to say I wasn't expecting it to come back looking so clean, it never looked so clean in my possession. The chain sharpened, bar filed, depth gauge filed. Really happy.
I recently bought a whipper snipper from them and I have to say Andrew (the sales agent) was NOT really nice, Not helpful in any way and you could almost say he was a bit arrogant. He didn’t even give me any information on the product nor did he show me how to start it. I almost walked out but the price was the same as anywhere else and I couldn’t be bothered going somewhere else. Got the best service you could ask for from these guys, from the phone call to check if part was available to paying and ordering part right through to pick up, was told my carby for my toro ride on mower would be 2 weeks an it arrived in 5 working days, impeccable service an delivery time, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful, Quick service in an out the door, Highly recommend talking to them about Briggs an Stratton parts before anyone else, Got carby for a really great price, was cheaper then buying it from... read more
I Think that they should fix their opening hours on their page . It said they were open Saturday 8am until 12pm I travelled 1.5 hours to get there and they were closed.
