The inside of the house was ok but the outside gardens need weeding and maintenance. Carpet to lounge and master bedroom badly worn and stained. The coffee was old/stale and hard. Ants in cupboards to kitchen where there was an old bag of hard sugar, a few cockroaches in kitchen at night time, sewerage smell in shower to master bedroom every time turned shower on.
