The brilliant salesperson Virginia at Morisset was a breath of fresh air. We have been looking at buying a van for a while and just felt very heard by this lady, she was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond from start to finish of us finding our van. The handover was brilliant also with great care.
Just looking at purchasing a van today a young guy asked us if we were ok we said yes.we were looking over a van about to purchase and an older fellow was an absolute smart arse!!! So we thank him as we will purchase elsewhere!! Next time keep your comments to yourself!! It’s an easy way to lose sales !!
Worth the wait for our new van, we love it! Can’t wait to do our first trip. Aaron and Troy gave us ideas and advice when we were adding and removing items pre build and the final outcome is exactly what we wanted. The after service is what lets our experience down. Warranty issues with our van are not being addressed in a timely manner and whilst they are being rectified it’s taking a lot of calls and emails from us to get these things done.
I was in need of an awning bracket for my caravan. The manager searched the workshop for about 15 mins without success. He wasn't comfortable with that result, so he started looking online to find the bracket I needed and also supplied me with the actual part number so I could not make a mistake. I haven't experienced customer service like that or even close to that level in a long time. I am very appreciative.
