While the food was deliscious and imaginatively prepared, every price on the menu should be cut by at least one-third. They might get away with their pricing in New York or Tokyo, but not in Milwaukee's old, dingy warehouse area with parking problems. I suggest they display a warning sign on the front door: EPICUREANS ONLY! ( We won't be back.)
Innovative cuisine, flavor points electrified. Was a bit hungry at 10pm, could increase portions by 20% to match cost.
Really unique and fresh entrees...the menu changes frequently and they always have the most interesting ingredients and flavors. I've been there many times and always had exemplary service and food.
Our neighbors in Green Bay must have been napping when they let this dynamic duo of Executive Chef Kelly Qualley and Sous Chef Brett Weber slip out of town. Hinterland is raising the bar and these two rising stars will challenge any place in this town or any other town including Seattle, Chicago, and London to keep up. Very disappointing - poor and inattentive service - high prices - waiter served a bottle of wine with cork floating in it. Our group of 4 will not go back.
