I've been brining my car to Hinshaw's Honda in Auburn for years, I'm never disappointed in the service I get. After my oil change my car is always very clean and runs great. They always keep me aware on deals and coupons that help me save money. I won't go anywhere else!

Excellent Customer Service Purchased a 2006 Civic and 2006 CRV at Hinshaws. Had previously taken vehicles to non-dealer shops for maintenance but after having Hinshaws service the new cars, we have decided to stay with them. Excellent customer service including detailed explanation of the work before and after the maintenance.

You don't have to be afraid of car salespeople anymore! Becki Waskey really listened to what my family needed and we bought the best car in our price range for our needs. We liked it so much, we bought a second car with her a few weeks later - and I'm looking forward to when my next car purchase can be made, which I used to dread! When I was having issues with my previous vehicle, I went to Hinshaw's and worked with Becki who helped my wife and I a week before find a car for my mother-in-law. The experience was painless and Becki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable (even though she did not know what the "W" button was for on the Volvo). At last i found the dealer that gives the best service! If your car needs service go for hinshaws honda thay are the best but make sure that you look for mike because he will tell exactly what to do and you will never go wrong! He is the best!

If you need work done ask for Damon. Always very professional and the work is done promptly. Service department is helpful and always lets you know what needs to be done and gives you an estimate that is always accurate.

If you need work done on your vehicle go to Hinshaw's and talk to John M in the service department. He has helped me many times and every time was a wonderful experience. They are the most professional service department that I have ever been to and John is one of the best there. Not sure what he gets paid but he deserves a raise!! LOL.
