I considered Hinshaw's to be reputable until today. He upholstered Chevelle seats for me on a frame-off restoration. After installation, seats felt very thin in padding. I wasn't satisfied, so I had another upholstery shop to redo them. We took the covers off and saw that they were stuffed with cotton only. I went to Hinshaw's today, and he told me they came from the factory like that. I had receipts for foam pads I paid him for. He then told me to get off his property right now.
