I'd say there was a definite misunderstanding about payment of a restock fee - neither the owner nor the mechanic were there to look at the undercarriage of the vehicle the day I took it in. The office sales lady was kind enough to look up parts numbers, then call their supplier to see about availability. She ordered the parts.
