Doesn’t deserve a star. Only rent here if you enjoy feeling dirty, unsafe, and enjoy fighting with elderly landlords. Place was filthy when we arrived, he accused us of putting tampons in the toilet so he wouldn’t have to take accountability for poor maintenance, (the plumbing would get messed up and reek because the house is 100+ years old), handled all matters unprofessionally i seriously cannot believe some of the things that came out of his mouth, would show up unannounced and let himself in, and had maintenance come ove... read more
Doesn’t deserve a star. This is my first and probably last google review because how strongly I feel towards this ancient artifact they call Paul Hinshaw. I highly recommend renting from Paul Hinshaw if you’re looking for adventure and a chance to experience substandard, hazardous housing. Signing a lease with him is a great way to experience a dirty, unmaintained apartment, with the added bonus of wondering whether your daughter will be safe living there. What a joy to walk in on day one and find filthy windows, insects, a wasp infestation, an air conditioner from 1977, a cracked toilet, and a nonworking refrigerator. I lived at one of there properties back in 2017 and I had a good experience. They fixed everything on time, communicated very well, and the property was a great rate. I like these people.
DO NOT TRY TO SIGN A LEASE HERE. I could go on and on about how horrible this office is but long story short we almost weren’t able to secure a place to live next year because of Hinshaw Properties. Not only do they do EVERYTHING on paper, but they are extremely unorganized and have no idea what’s going on even within the office.
