The people at the front desk do not know how to do their job. Go somewhere else.
These people do not actually care about their patients. I had been denied care after reaching out several times during a very hard time which I explained to them. When asked why I was being denied care, they refused to inform me why and told me to get a lawyer and get out. Horrible people.
