My partner and I tried to apply to an apartment under this management company and I was told that because I was a graduate student we would have to have a cosigner despite both having over 700 credit scores and making 3x the rent. When I implored about why this was required for people from undergraduate to PhD students they had no real answer. He just said it's been that way for 30 years and it's common practice in Vermont. Great company! Jacob cares about the wellbeing of his tenants, not just the property! He’s kind and knowledgeable about his trade and Hinsdale makes it easy to get help when I need it. I love my apartment and I’ll happily rent with this company again!
