Great company! Jacob cares about the wellbeing of his tenants, not just the property! He’s kind and knowledgeable about his trade and Hinsdale makes it easy to get help when I need it. I love my apartment and I’ll happily rent with this company again!

My experience with Hinsdale Properties was exceptional! I rented from them for almost 5 years. They keep their properties in good shape and fix repairs in a timely manner. Everyone that works for the Hinsdale Properties is respectful, professional, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live in the area.
I had a great experience renting with Hinsdale from initial showing to move out. They were always responsive and were very helpful during the move in process. While I was renting, the property manager was always fast to help if I needed it. Overall I had a very enjoyable experience with my apartment and there were no surprise issues with the plumbing or electricity or anything.
