We bought a tree(installed) from Hinsdale Nurseries two years ago. Through no fault of the tree stock, it leafed out this year and then died (after the warranty period). I called Hinsdale Nurseries to get some advice from them and was told it may take a couple months and the tree may come back... and to keep in touch. Before leaving on vacation, I sent an email with a picture of my still-dead tree. Yesterday morning, Hinsdale Nurseries showed up, new tree in hand, and replaced the dead one! They far exceeded my expectations.... read more

We retained Hinsdale Nurseries to do both front and back yard landscape design and installation and are thrilled with the results! We had the front yard work performed last year and the rear yard work done this year and both turned out beautifully. Dawn and her team did a great job of walking us though the design and were so accommodating on changes, questions, etc. Would definitely use again/recommend.
We purchased several plants/bushes last summer and while all of them are prospering and growing beautifully, one evergreen bush is completely dead (100% brown, needles all falling off). When I called I was told I'd get a 50% discount on the same replacement bush. While I understand there are many factors that contribute to the life of the plant, it's extremely poor customer service policy to only give 50% of replacement cost (of already incredibly inflated prices) especially when it was only one bush in the exact same condit... read more
