Came in by 9am and waited for 20 minutes. No office manager appeared. Was interested in renting apartment. But no longer do so with such a service.
The housing manager is pretty nice and you can decorate the offices the way you would like to when you lease one. In addition, the rent is inexpensive, and they are nice buildings.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have lived here for five years and I can’t say enough great things. The units are so spacious, well designed, and comfortable — truly felt like home for us. The location is super convenient — close to highways, shopping, groceries, and amazing trails. I had the pleasure of leasing office space at Hinsdale Management Corp’s 1010 Jorie Blvd building for my therapy practice for the past 3 years. The office space was perfect for my needs as they have a variety of different sizing options to which I could find my perfect space. My family lived in 2 apartments at 21 Spinning Wheel Rd for 11 years. We started out on the 15th floor in a two bedroom facing east. Beautiful views of the Chicago skyline sold my husband. We later moved to a three bedroom “K” end unit in 2016 so that my husband could use a bedroom as his office. The units are large, you get a lot of space for the rent.
