The apartments are outdated. When you you renew your lease it’s like pulling teeth to get anything fix. I am still waiting for them to fix the issues when I signed my lease last year. Here we go again. Really what’s so hard about keeping your tenants happy. The turn over rate is high. If you do consider this place drive through here during the night.
Entrance door locks always broken...buildings nasty...mailboxes broken...units needs to be updated... I've put in multiple maintenance requests for the same issue and nothing is being done about it...teenagers/kids always in halls..I live in a dog free building but it's still dogs in the building...the neighbors dog continuously comes over to my side of the balcony to poop and mgmt isn't doing anything about it. As soon as I'm able to move I will be doing so...been here 7yrs and never late on rent always early but cant get s... read more
