Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars I would! When you call to schedule an appointment your on hold for at least 5 minutes, usually longer. Then, when you get there for your appointment you wait about a half hour before they call you in. Once you're in the room you wait an additional 10 minutes for the doctor's assistant to come in. After the doctor's assistant checks you out then you have to wait for the actual doctor to come in to check you out again. God forbid you need a prescription refill, they tell you 24-4... read more

I love that this office is a residency program. These doctors are still learning, they WANT to learn and HELP you. They take the time to hear and discuss your concerns. They haven't been in their careers long enough yet to hate the job they chose and to see as many patients they can per hour to make as much money as possible. I have never felt unsure with anyone there and I always feel like my interest and concerns are of the most importance to them. Staff is Rude! Doctors could care less if you are in pain! Take ibuprofen! As they will instruct??HMM When you try to resolve any issue's WOW you get ignored! All I wanted was a doctors office and physicians that would listen as I have numerous medical issues that need to be addressed! I'm 35 all women in my family either die by 45 or have mass strokes ....Slap me silly for wanting to get my health care and issues addressed before I join my loved ones in the sky :)
