Waited 8 months for referrals to two different specialists without getting a single phone call. When we discuss getting my prescriptions updated, it doesn't happen. I have to call to get my prescriptions refilled, and even when I do, it doesn't even get done half the time. I wait a week just to find out they just didn't do it. The last straw was getting told the wrong time for my appointment. I liked interacting with the nurse practitioner. She's the only reason this isn't one star
failed to do anything except throw BP pills at my husband, never told us he had a kidney issue, a heart issue, emphysema or stage 4 lung cancer, despite treating him for almost 40 years
Dr Idelkope should retire before he kills anyone else. I'm fairly certain neglect is frowned upon by the medical board yet he neglected to do any actual "caring" for my father. He neglected to get any labs, imaging, anything above having him come on to give him his blood pressure pills. My dad is now deceased, likely in part thanks to Idelkope and his failing to acting TREAT the patient. thanks for nothing. if a negative star was eligible for choice he'd get that. one star is far too much for this "doctor"
