i would personally look elsewhere. the ladies at the front desk need some major improvement on their manners... I was ignored for the first 10 minutes i was there. watching. her. eat. then she got nasty.. So i left.
Most unprofessional ‘care’ I have received. Dr. Ibrahim knows next to nothing about the medications she’s managing and when you try to advocate for yourself they either ignore your concerns or treat you like a child and attempt to scold you. Patronizing and condescending messages. No regard for your schedule or store hours when requesting refills. The front office is very rude and disrespectful. Seems like they do not care about their clients and only want to make your mental health worse. Make everything more stressful than it needs to be and do not contact you well ahead of time, then charge you late fees.
Office workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. Appointments are always late and handled poorly. Would not recommend to anyone considering how they treat their patients.
Dr. Shabbir has been very helpful over the last month. She listened intently while simultaneously taking notes and remembered all of what i spoke to her about in the past. She has empathy which is, in my opinion, very important in psychology. She prescribed me Adderall which has slowly improved my every day life and listened to me and my side effects of the meds and what was/wasn’t working and over all a delightful doctor. It’s very rare i’ve found doctors that i can speak highly about and i’m glad i found one.
