I had an extremely disappointing experience with Gateway Truck Cicero / Hino of Chicago East. I called about replacing the water pump on my 2018 Hino 268. Before bringing the truck in, I spoke with Rebecca and specifically explained that I had a load to move and had to leave by 5:00 PM. I made it absolutely clear that if the repair could not be completed that day, I would NOT bring the truck in. Everytime I call they seem unpleasant to answer the phone call, not the best customer service.. Horrible service.
The new ownership is RUINING this place. Great for repeat business, as in you need to bring your trucks back the next day after getting serviced. Never had these problems before.
