the way my phone call was handled was extremely rude and dismissive. I called because I’m looking to switch dentists and was simply trying to ask whether you accept my insurance. I had barely started saying “Blue Shield” when I was interrupted with, “We don’t take Medicaid.” I understand if they don’t accept Medicaid. That’s not the issue.
