This "company" owns a large shopping center/lot in Bolingbrook, Il. They're asking an unrealistic amount for the lot, which I suspect is solely for the purpose of a tax write off. It is unkempt and has been an eyesore as it sits right off of a major highway. Our town would like something done about this, but this company must believe that leaving their trash in our town is acceptable. Keep up with your property, sell it to a responsible buyer or LEAVE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!
they lown land in Bolingbrook and refuses to call anyone back, nor do they take care of it or want to lease it out.
This company owns a big shopping center in bolingbrook Illinois, they wont sell it and purposely charge too much to rent space. They use it as a tax write off but it makes our town look junky. Hinman Company, sell your Bolinbrook property or make it worth while!
