Chris Hinkson and his crew are the best. When we needed our foundation repaired, Chris did a thorough inspection and gave us a fair quote with several options. His crew was first rate leaving the job site clean and tidy every evening. They worked quickly doing a professional job. We could not be more happy with the great work that they did, communications with Hinkson Construction and Chris' dedication to good customer service. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
Don't expect to get a return call from Chris or this company, I tried calling on multiple occasions for two weeks straight and text messages with no response. He responded once to put me on schedule for a call and then never called. He completed a foundation inspection and I had a few questions for him and would have potentially hired him for the work, but forget it.
Couldn't be more impressed by both the quality of work and customer service. Chris took time to walked through options and clearly align on a proposal, checked in at a midpoint to get input, and did a thorough review with us at the end. Some changes were made along with some additions, based on what they were discovering, and willingly made adjustments to the plan for our better interest.
