I lost a part of my heating system that I purchased years ago from Hinkle's and needed it replaced. Hinkle's came out on the same day that I called and actually located it on my property (it's a long story). I was amazed at their professionalism and customer service. Thank you!

Super responsive- friendly service and always helpful. Had some issues with an old Nest unit and tech was all over it! Love them, will use in the future.

Technicians themselves are very nice and polite. The office people and owner refuse to honor a warranty on a system they installed less than a year ago and refuse to help solve the issue that has been ongoing since it was installed. I called them out to fix it and paid the bill and they did not fix it at all and will not stand by what they did

Our heater stopped working last night and with this frigid weather the house temp was dropping quickly. I called Hinkle's and Tom came out to service our heater within 30 minutes. He was there for a few hours and did a great job. Super nice and easy to work with and got our heater up and running! Thank you Hinkle's!

My AC unit was not running any air. It’s another hot week this summer, so I’m looking to get this repaired asap. The service technician did come out to take a look. Very friendly. But because he couldn’t see model number off the motor, his only suggestion was I buy a new system. Now I’ll admit, that was his suggestion and he said he could have his boss out the next day to look at it which I agreed to and that I should receive a call from him within an hour after he left to book appt.
