The food was real greasy and the service was poor and wrong order

Sorry, Bette, that you weren't satisfied. If you're looking for non-greasy food, Hinkle's is probably not for you. We've been shorthanded lately, which could accounts for what you consider poor service. Not an excuse just a reason. We're trying our best. As for getting the wrong order, we apologize. Wish we could've fixed that for you. Give us another chance if you're in the mood for a greasy burger.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN LIFE. THE GIRL WHO TOOK OUR ODER DID NOT GREET US AND WAS WRITING BEFORE I COULD EVEN GET MY ORDER OUT AND MESSED OUR ORDER UP AND THEN GOT MAD WHEN WE NEEDED IT FIXED. THEN STOOD BEHIND THE COUNTER AND SAID THAT SHE WAS ABOUT TO GET MAD CAUSE WE WERE TALKING SHIT. THEN THREW US OUT THE DIRTY AS RESTAURANT. I WAS FLABBERGASTED LIKE IS THIS HOW YALL RUN A BUSINESS
