I've tried twice now to give Hingham Square Flowers a shot and have finally decided I will no longer use them. First instance, purchased expensive flowers that were supposed to be bright saturated colors to cheer up my sister - we received a completely different looking bouquet. Called and spoke to the manager (owner?) She said she would replace and deliver them. Ok fine problem solve. Second instance, we ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. Disappointing Mother’s Day bouquet, the roses were all opened up and on their way out on delivery day, paired with...hydrangea (odd choice), and in a clunky round green vase. That’s right, green. I called to ask for an explanation and a replacement or refund, and the owner hung up on me. I had used them for years. Not recommended.

I called because I needed a dozen roses delivered for my gf's birthday. She works across the street from the shop so Kim was nice enough not to charge me for shipping. She even went above and beyond and also got her a box of chocolates. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Highly professional service and super punctual.
