We started with Hingham Savings when it still had a branch of Charles Street. We loved it. When it closed and we transitioned to the one on Tremont Street, we were delighted to have the same level of personal banking. Everyone, from managers to tellers, is friendly, caring and incredible helpful. It is totally different from the other two institutions with which we have accounts.

this bank has been horrible. One of the worst websites you’ll ever use, constant error messages. Constantly have to call them to get your login fixed. They completely completely botched my payoff for the house I just sold and now I have to send them money to pay off taxes they didn’t pay because they are incompetent and sent me an incorrect payoff quote. Don’t use this bank
After struggling with BOA for months I walked into Hingham Savings and not only accomplished my goal of opening a business account, but Robin Asst VP called me to confirm a few things. Wow. I have been a customer for my condo trust and knew the bank.. they outshine BOA by miles. Ty!
