Worst customer services I have ever experienced. Extremely aggressive and clearly talked behind my back when he thought I couldn't hear him.
Cool place! They have every type of knobs, handles, hinges... "things" I never knew existed. Tom, the owner is THE MAN!
Should be no stars, over a month and still no pull, no response on last 2 emails, must be a hobby not a business, now very concerned they have my credit info, hopefully no fraud but will most likely cancel credit card to be safe. I wish now I would have gotten off my ass and gone to Locks and Pulls here in Kansas City.
So helpful and wonderful. Wouldn't even let us pay until our whole order came in but sent us home with what they had in stock. What a way to do business! We will always use hinges and handles for future needs.
