Terrible
I was was looking for a garage door hinge that I broke & learned that there are a few to choose from even on a standard garage door like mine. I found the correct one on their site with shape & numbers, ordered, installed & it all went very smoothly. If I ever need a hinge or hinges again, my first choice to search will be Hinge Outlet.
I ordered a 24" continuous aluminum hinge to make a lid for my 40 gallon aquarium. It was exactly what I needed. It was delivered fast and packaged in a cardboard tube, sandwiched between two sticks and wrapped in plastic. In other words, there was no chance in heck of it getting damaged during shipping. Excellent company, excellent product.
great product. sometimes one has to call several times to get a hold of someone.
Ordered some handle pulls and catches for a cabinet I'm building, never got a confirmation, checked back after a couple of days on the status and the order was cancelled. No explanation, no emails. Been trying to call and see what had happened and I can't get anyone of the phone either. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
