Ordered some handle pulls and catches for a cabinet I'm building, never got a confirmation, checked back after a couple of days on the status and the order was cancelled. No explanation, no emails. Been trying to call and see what had happened and I can't get anyone of the phone either. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Terrible customer service. I have now paid more to return the hinge to them then I paid for the hinge. I never even took the hinge out of the package and they said I sent it back damaged. I immediately knew I bought the wrong hinge when I seen the box. I went on Amazon and ordered two of the correct sized hinges as it was cheaper then through their store. The first hinge was only available through them we I ended up paying so much the first time. I sent it back to them in the exact packaging they sent it to me.
Top quality construction, made in the USA, plus customer service follow through. Their "badass" gate hinges stand out, highly recommend.
I LOVE this company. They have exactly what I am looking for, responds quickly, keeps me updated on my order and my order arrived sooner than anticipated!! I will only use this company for my hinge/hardware needs! Keep up the great work guys!! 🥰❤️
