I'm retired from General Motors and received a notice from them a couple of months ago about this service. GM offered it at no cost as part of my healthcare plan, so I figured it was a low risk endeavor. Within days of signing up, I received a yoga mat, sensors and a tablet. I downloaded the app and completed a questionnaire citing low back pain. I received a recommended exercise program and intro to a health coach. I'm using their health app and it's exercises for over 6 months and I must say it's a blessing! I can not recommend it enough. Customer service is attentive and resolved every issue I addressed.
They send fake letter pretending to be from my employer saying "important benefit information enclosed." After wasting time tearing off perforated edges to open it, it is just an ad for their service.
