Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. Our designer was unprofessional and at times borderline cruel with name-calling and making fun of my choices. She made certain decisions on design without our input, forgot about key aspects of the layout, and presented me with opportunities to "make any changes!!" but then told me I was not able to (with the air that it would just add to her workload).
