Very unprofessional and discourteous! I was on vacation looking in the area for a big move to the area and was referred to take a look at this place put in an application and never heard from them. Called them to check on my application and they hung up on me. Thought we just got disconnected but tried calling back and nobody would answer. Then they answer and hang up. I bought my home 8 months ago and I am still waiting for someone to come fix all the initial things wrong with my brand new home! Things like both my front and back door are messed up, both my showers are messed up our ceiling in one of our bedrooms is messed up just to name a few. After speaking to someone several times I spoke to the manager and was treated as if I was the one that did something wrong. We are having a terrible time. Excuse after excuse. Our home has been on our property for 4 weeks and no septic, no ac, siding still not finished. I would love to privately chat with others who may be having this problem. The buying process has been going on for several months. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
