Dr. Hines is a smart, kind and compassionate physician. He's been my personal physican for year; truly a great guy!
This doctor needs to retire. horrible!!! I had an appointment @3:30 but he had 4 patients in front that were from 1:00
He misdiagnosed me with ' high blood pressure' to collect monthly co-payments and wouldn't see me again after I got a second opinion.( At least 4 months later.)
