Staff is rude, the tech talked down to me the entire time. Often running late and very disrespectful to patients. They did not help me figure out the problems I was having with my eyes. Do not come here.
My experiences at Hines Sight left me more frustrated and upset than any other business ever has. Hines Sight administration repeatedly demonstrated deceitful business practices and behaviors during my time trying to resolve issues that arose regarding my care. My problems with Hines Sight boil down to this. I accepted treatment from them after I was told that my insurance was accepted at their practice.
