Had my car worked on last week. Ever since they had their grubby fingers on my car it has been overheating. Took a look and they had unplugged the engine fan and failed to plug it back in. Then I realized they had also taken off my engine cover and failed to put it back on. They stood around for an hour on their cell phones and smoking while they should have been working on my car then had the balls to charge me for $137 worth of labor. I will NEVER take my car to this RIP OFF again. I am FURIOUS!
I got my first car last semester, and it needed a new motor mount. I finally could afford taking it to the shop, and Hines was so perfect! Everyone I talked to was super friendly (which helped because I was nervous about my first auto shop experience), and they called within a day and talked to me about my options after having a look. these people are the biggest crooks in Arkansas - they will charge you for repairs, damage your vehicle all the way to the wrecking yard with their "repairs" and incompetence and then tell you oh well - if you need an honest and trustworthy auto repair this is the last place you should go - if you doubt my truthfulness inbox me and I will send you pics of receipts and what they did to my car and then told me oh well - if I was not a single mother and had to spend every dime I had to get a new vehicle and could have afforded ... read more
Great place to go and get a quality oil change. The service was fast and extremely professional. I recommend that anyone needing an oil change come to hines!
