Ordered flowers for my wife they were beautiful had friendly service and they were delivered as needed
I called early morning on valentines day for a dozen roses to be delivered the same day. I know sometimes that would be tough, if it's really busy. Dolores answered the phone and mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem, so I went forward with the purchase and gave them my credit card #. 1hr later, I was called and was told that my card was declined I was shocked. I ordered a custom arrangement and they did not do anything I had requested for it..also the arrangement delivered had very little water in it and the flowers were in poor condition. it's almost like they gave me someone else's cancelled order that was a few days old. definitely not using this florist again
Ordered and paid online to be delivered to my wife at work on a Friday. Order was never delivered. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them and the 2nd time my order was never delivered. Don't order online and plan on getting your flowers when you want
