This was my second chiropractor. I'm older and suffer from scoliosis and other back problems. The first thing Joe Hines did was take X-rays of my back before proceeding to treat me. The focus of his treatments was to strengthen my hamstrings. Besides his manipulations, there were four exercises we practiced together during each session. Joe is a very personable, friendly person.
