entrance door locks always broken...buildings nasty...mailboxes broken...units needs to be updated... I've put in multiple maintenance requests for the same issue and nothing is being done about it...teenagers/kids always in halls..I live in a dog free building but it's still dogs in the building...the neighbors dog continuously comes over to my side of the balcony to poop and mgmt isn't doing anything about it. This place is NOT safe! Entrance door locks are always broken, busted lights throughout the corridors and weed smokers who don’t respect your space. Management and security are scared to address the residents about the policy. DISGUSTING.....DO NOT LIVE HERE!
This place is nasty. My unit was very cold, ESPECIALLY the master bedroom. There was ice inside my windows and maintenance didn't fix the heating situation. There's trash everywhere. They don't care about there residents and they never answer the phone. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. 1 and done!
My furnace has gone out and they have done nothing except tell me there is a waiting list for new furnaces and there is no ETA on when it will be fixed. I have a 3 month old son who is shivering in his sleep and it is not safe for him to use blankets because they are a hazard for babies in their cribs. But they have shown no care that this MAJOR issue is going on. Today when I called maintenance they told me it is nothing they can do. Which is unacceptable. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
It's been alright can't complain much been dunking a lil bit chilling counting my blessings !
