Our system stopped cooling right in the hottest time of the year. One phone call to Steve and Ashton showed up. He had it fixed and ready to go within half an hour!! The price was reasonable and Ashton is very knowledgeable and personable!! I’ll call Hinds every time!! Thanks guys for fixing us up!!
Our AC unit went out on a Sunday on a 95 degree day! The tech arrived quickly and had our air running again in 30 mins. He explained the issue well, it was clear he was very knowledgeable in HVAC and shared how to perform routine maintenance. I would highly recommend Hinds Mechanical and will definitely be using them in the future!
Had him give us an exaggerated quote for work that we ended up having done for a fifth of the price. When we let him know that we were going with a different company due to the price differential, his response was, “this is why us contractors don’t want to work with foreigners.” Appalled at that response when he was clearly trying to squeeze money from us based on the neighborhood we live.
