If it would let me put no stars I would! 1st time they came was rescheduled. Then we were supposed to get delivery every two weeks. The lady decided to reschedule for 1 time a month. Then called to get that straightened out and she said it would be deliver it in two days. Called back today and they said it wasn't on schedule so would deliver next week! Very displeased!!!
If there is a company with worse customer service, I have not found it. Our driver is terrific but the company keeps screwing up our billing (doing so twice a month for several months) and does not have anyone answering phones. An agent actually, called me today several days after I requested a response, but the call kept cutting out. I asked that this person call me right back. Said certainly. But: nope. Never happened. Excellent product and service! Ability to change our order on line is wonderful. Deliveries are always accurate and on time. We can always count on them to be there for us! Recently had a boil order on our City water and we didn’t worry because we had Hinckley to get us through it! Best decision we ever made! Well worth the expense!
Signed up for their service on July 1 at my office. Received notice it would be delivered and set up on the 9th, but no one showed or contacted me. I finally got through to someone on the 9th and they said delivery was changed to first thing in the morning of July 12th, but didn't bother to notify me of the change. On the 12th still no delivery so I go to my online account and now delivery is supposed to be July 14th. I haven't even received what I ordered and have already been lied to twice.
