On 03/29/26 I attempted to update my water bottle delivery count for 3/30/2026 but was unable to access my account. Monday comes and no water delivery I'm now completely out of water, I call customer service which is handled over seas they go to my account and see my delivery was due on 3/30/2026. Customer service gave me the song and dance how sorry they where and they contacted the local hinkley springs delivery company. All good I thought,Tuesday comes no water. I've never had a problem with delivery it's always here on time. I love having the dispenser it's so easy to use even my grandkids know how to use it you love the nice cold water
