Unable to talk to support, do not response to email, Spent HOURS waiting on their support number. It does not answer. I no longer live in that state and unable to cancel water deliveries. Feels very much like a scam. Get you on a subscription and no way to cancel it.
I was charged $82 for a $40 water delivery. No way to speak with their billing department- just get left on hold! Terrible customer service! Primo has taken over all the smaller water delivery services that were great to deal with so we are left with no alternative.
Constant issues with deliveries being late, skipped, or incorrect. Cancelled account and they even missed the pick up for the rental equipment. Would not recommend this company at all.
Great water service. excellent quality in the products
Their delivery driver likes to use my front lawn to turn around the heavy water truck instead of backing down the driveway. This happens on almost every delivery and I've contacted customer service multiple times. It's been months of occurrences and thousands of dollars in cumulative property damage and the company just doesn't care enough to address the issue. I have had no offers to cover the repairs and damages and the driver still continues to create huge muddy ruts across my yard even though I have requested a new drive... read more
