Great water service. excellent quality in the products
Their delivery driver likes to use my front lawn to turn around the heavy water truck instead of backing down the driveway. This happens on almost every delivery and I've contacted customer service multiple times. It's been months of occurrences and thousands of dollars in cumulative property damage and the company just doesn't care enough to address the issue. Keep delivering water that you don’t order . Dropped off eight bottles then came back on a non scheduled Saturday and dropped off more . Now there’s three more and they left them in the driveway a hundred feet from the house ! They don’t answer emails . I called and dad I need these picked up out of the driveway yesterday. Two days later a driver shows up looks at them and drives away . Tried to call again and nobody answers . Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time
Avoid if at all possible!! They delivered four bottles of water that I did NOT order and still charged me for them. I called them five times to rectify the issue and they still charged me. They just gave me the customer service run around. Again, they are making me pay for something that I did not ask for. How is that ethical? How are they still in business? I usually trust Costco with these sorts of things, but this company is not up to their standard. Unless you enjoy you pay for things you don't want avoid this company.
Scheduled delivery of a dispenser and water for 7/3/24, they never showed up. They rescheduled for 7/5/24 - and never showed up. I called and they said it was still on the truck, it would get there 7/5 - nope. No call, just didnt show up. Now it shows as scheduled for delivery 7/8... so unless you want to sit day after day wondering if they'll show up, call another company.
