Century Springs was perfect. Great staff and service and consistent delivery of 3 gal spring water. I went to Century after Primo/Hinckley had errors in nearly every order for nearly a year. Now Century Springs got bought by Hinckley. Staff are still great BUT they dont carry 3 gal spring water and replaced my order with purified water without notice. I have a Britta. I dont need purified water delivered to my door.
Why does Hinckley springs 5 gallon bottled water that you buy in grocery stores such as Shrek and Van til in Hobart Indiana the last half a year or year I've noticed an aftertaste what is that didn't taste it before
We just moved to Bartlett from Itasca. We had the same guy (Gus), in Itasca, who came every other week. He was the best and knew exactly what we needed. We moved to Bartlett 4 months ago. We have had a few different drivers since then. I have to add that every driver we have had the Privilege of talking to has been A+!!! They are very professional and super friendly. They have went up and above on service. I would recomend them to everyone! :)
Don’t not use this company. They are a total fraud. There employees have zero training and there drivers are even worst. By far the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. Costco even said they are pulling there contract because of the amount of complaints they receive.
The most unprofessional and disorganized company I have ever dealt with and am I in shock that they are still in business. Such an unpleasant experience, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I have placed numerous phone calls to them and have had numerous conversations with supervisors regarding the issues I have experienced and have gotten no where with them. ran over and killed my dog in my own driveway. never called or apologized. i'm amazed. i know it was an accident, but some form of acknowledgment should have occurred.
