I have had Hinckley Springs for about seven years, water tastes great. Like every thing else, it's getting a little pricey. We do still like it though.
DO NOT start service with the company. I started service like many people through Costco. Started a plan for 6.99 spring water and a water dispenser for 2.99. A few months after signing up the spring water price increased(with no warning, just new charges). Today I looked and the equipment charge for the water dispenser went from 2.99 to 5.99. Doubled, without notice. Just charged the account. Do not do business with shady business practices. Let the company go bankrupt.
Avoid Primo/Hinckley at all cost. I'm a new customer and signed up for service, my delivery was scheduled for 2/8/24 for water and dispenser to be delivered. I called 2/9 and was told water would be delivered same day, I called this morning and I was just advised that I did not show any scheduled deliver and was advise would be able to schedule it but the next available delivery is for 2/14. I made arrangements and paid someone to bring the water up to the second floor since I have some medical issues and not able to carry, ... read more
