This is a water delivery company that is rarely able to actually deliver water. We are supposed to get our delivery every 2 weeks. Our most recent delivery was automatically rescheduled 4 or 5 times, each time pushing it back a day or three. Now after the most recent missed appointment it has been automatically rescheduled 10 days out. We haven't had a water delivery in a month. Chat feature is offline, no one answers the phone and no one has responded to my email. Super disappointing...
We use Hinckley Springs for the school. I would consider using a different company for water delivery, if you can. Every time I try to go to the website (which their "hold" music recommends), the website is always down. I have called every number I can find on their invoice, online, or on their website error message, and have spent probably 2 hours on hold calling all 3 numbers over the past week. I just want to suspend service for 2 months.
Not impressed with this service. We use them to deliver water to our office and many times in 2024 our delivery simply did not come to us on the day they were scheduled to deliver. We would call and try to let someone know we didn't get our delivery and we would be told we'd be on the schedule for the next day and then they wouldn't show up again - this continued for several days. GOOD WATER DEPENDABLE AND GOOD HALF TEA HALF LEMONADE
Do not use this company since its purchase by Primo. Before purchase by Primo you could actually reach an employee who cared. The customer service now is non- existent. They delivered my bottles to the wrong house and won’t pick up or redeliver. They changed the delivery date three times so my empties have been in front of my house for weeks. To reach customer service I have been on hold 40 minutes each time for last three days and they promise to remedy situation but fail to deliver on their promise . They do not care about... read more
