I canceled this service at the beginning of July, and they have now missed over 10 different pick-ups for their equipment. Each time the date for pick up is missed I have had to spend 30 minutes to an hour speaking with customer service to find out when it will be picked up. I continue to get the same answer that the customer service rep has spoken with either the driver or routing manager and it will be picked up later that day or the next day.
