Ever since Primo Brands took over, my bill has doubled. They also no longer give credits for returning 5 gallon empty bottles. When I cancelled my service, they scheduled a pickup and didn't show up. When I called customer service, they informed me that they will reschedule but I won't receive any credits for returning the bottles. If that's case, what's the point in returning them? Don't trust this company. They are nothing but scammers. Salesman signed me up at Sam's club. I specifically asked if there was a delivery fee and he said no. He took my phone and credit card and said let me help you fill out your account info. He took the 3 digit code on the back of my card. I had to call the bank and cancel my card. He signed me up for a delivery on the 28th. No one showed up as I guess they were closed and they moved my delivery date to 12/1 without telling me. Got asked to join at sams club, when water was delivered we were charged delivery fee?? Then the water tasted like chlorine? Drank sips called and asked for refund and they refused!!
I moved from Kansas to Delaware in April and am still being charged for the dispenser that Hinkley still hasn't picked up even though I was given a pickup date of May 7th. I no longer live at that address, no longer am in touch with the other person who lived there and have made over a dozen calls to Hinkley this month.
