Don't trust this company. They are nothing but scammers. Salesman signed me up at Sam's club. I specifically asked if there was a delivery fee and he said no. He took my phone and credit card and said let me help you fill out your account info. He took the 3 digit code on the back of my card. I had to call the bank and cancel my card. He signed me up for a delivery on the 28th. No one showed up as I guess they were closed and they moved my delivery date to 12/1 without telling me. Got asked to join at sams club, when water was delivered we were charged delivery fee?? Then the water tasted like chlorine? Drank sips called and asked for refund and they refused!!
I moved from Kansas to Delaware in April and am still being charged for the dispenser that Hinkley still hasn't picked up even though I was given a pickup date of May 7th. I no longer live at that address, no longer am in touch with the other person who lived there and have made over a dozen calls to Hinkley this month. Delivery is none existent push your order up every week and do not see any Delivery or a call to tell you can we update with something else what a joke
My driver hasn’t picked up or delivered any water bottles in over a month. The customer service gives promises to have someone reach out for skipped delivery, but no response from anyone. And I’m still being charged. They are the worst!!!
