This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I had water service through them with no issues until I moved. They completely dropped the ball over and over again at that point. Before my move, they picked up my water dispenser and was supposed to deliver a new one to my new address. It never showed up. I rescheduled for the next day, was a no show then. I find it ironic that a water delivery company can't manage to deliver water. After two weeks without service, countless phone calls, and broken promises of 'tomorrow', I'm still buying bottled water. Not surprisingly, they still charged me full price and their reviews show I'm not alone in this experience.
Unable to commit to a contract. Order Spring 5 gallon bottle water. Delivered Purified 5 gallon bottle waters. The customer service Rep insisted that I keep the water, and I was charged for water I didn't order or didn't want. This company is very questionable about their business practices. But it doesn't matter how long they've been in business it's how you practice intrigue. Remains me of Comcast. They too change their name from Hinckley Spring Water to (Primo) Water.
Customer service skills were very good
Never had problems before they switched to Primo. Unfortunately, had a disgusting experience where a new bottle of water was filled with garbage- old dirty tape and stickers. I can’t quite get over that. It seems like there is something very wrong with the way they clean and sterilize the bottles.
