Don't bother with this pseudo company. They are unreliable, untrustworthy and at some point they will charge your credit card illegitimately for non existing and unrequested "services". They have vague and shady inconsistent billing cycles. They should be faced with a big law suit. They should not exist on the market.
HORRIBLE and totally unreliable. We called the customer service and set up new service. Four days later the delivery driver called to schedule installation of the water cooler and bottles. I spoke to him on the phone and he called from his cell phone. We scheduled delivery for today between 5:00 and 5:30 pm. At 5:38 p.m. I called the driver to make sure he was still coming and got his voicemail. I left a message asking him to let me know how much longer he would be. No call back.
